Music supervisors are the often unheralded architects of movie soundtracks, the skilled specialists who match music to moment in films and TV and help build our favourite movie music track by track. In a rare and compelling panel discussion, we’ve gathered four practitioners to discuss the art of music supervision. Lending their wisdom are Rich Robinson, senior VP of synchronisation at Warner Music UK & Europe; trailer music supervisor Will Quiney; Jen Moss, director of Warner music supervision; and leading movie orchestrator and conductor Matt Dunkley. Between them, they boast decades of experience and have worked on films from Inception to Iron Man, working alongside artists such as U2 and Massive Attack. This is the perfect chance to quiz them on their craft.
This event takes place at 1.45-2.45pm on Saturday, 24 September.
